THE ART OF GOOD SKIN ACCORDING TO DR. VIDEAU

A Four-Step Skin Regimen That Works!

What Is The Art Of Getting Good Skin? This is the million dollar question so many have asked ourselves. Getting good skin doesn't come from using the most expensive beauty products or putting yourself into extreme discomfort by following some outlandish beauty trend you found that works on women in a far out land. Nor does it require facial procedures from surgeons that promise to give you glowing, perfect skin. It starts from the within and with the right skin care regimen. Below we will briefly discuss a skin care regimen that has helped me get healthy clear skin.

FACIAL CLEANSER

1. The first part of the skin care regimen is a facial cleanser. Start by using a good facial cleanser that works at the cellular level and whose primary job is to get to the root, removing dirt, sweat, oils, and pollution from the skin. Make sure to get to the parts of the face that tend to hold dirt: the temples, chin area, nose, and forehead. This is especially true if you wear makeup. Do so if you need to wash your face twice to get your skin super clean.

EXFOLIATE

2. Once your face is clean, Exfoliate to remove all dead skin cells, germs, and pollution from the skin. Exfoliating is essential because it increases cell turnover and stimulates blood and oxygen for better skin health. It also works to keep skin clean, unclog and minimizes pores, and reduces breakouts as well as stimulates collagen synthesis which helps to reduce wrinkles and promotes youthful skin. It is important to note that it is only necessary to exfoliate one to two times a week and not over-exfoliate as it will irritate the skin.

FACIAL TONER

3. After exfoliation, using a Facial Toner will help wake up the skin, balance the skin's pH, hydrate, and stimulate skin cells. One of my favorite parts of the cleansing routine is using the toner, especially before bed, because the skin feels so revived and refreshed after using the facial cleanser. Toner helps to tighten the skin, even out skin tone, rebalances, and brightens naturally.

FACE SERUM

4. After the skin is cleansed, exfoliated, and toned, it is time for a Facial Serum. Serum boosts collagen and nourishes and soothes the skin, especially a serum with simple and clean ingredients. Using a light serum works to hydrate, restore, and absorb the skin to bring it to a natural glow while also providing healing properties. Using the serum is the last part of the skincare regimen.

The art of good skin is adopting a good skin regimen. The proper regimen can dramatically improve the skin and help clear up scarring, blemishes, and inflammation. Also, choosing the right cleanser, exfoliator, toner, and serum ultimately assists in healing and boosting collagen that makes way for healthy and glowing skin. This routine has helped me attain excellent and healthy skin. I hope this article helps you on your journey to skin health and healthy glowing skin that makes you feel good from the inside out.
