Shipping Policy

Our Website permits shipments currently within the U.S. borders. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX. Please provide an actual address. We manage orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit/debit approval. We aim to have your parcel ready for delivery by the following business day. Holiday orders can add three extra business days. Orders costing more than $100.00 require an in-person signature during the time of delivery. Return & Exchange Policy
Videau Natural Health’s Online store will accept returns of unused and unopened merchandise within 10 days from the shipping date. Unfavorably and without omission, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products. Please email (videauhairandskin@gmail.com) to acquire a return authorization. Please insert the shipping sheet with your return. Packages without the original shipping slip/ order number will not be taken and reimbursement will not be delivered. V.N.H. is not liable for any returning merchandise which is lost in the mail when en-route back to us. We recommend you safeguard your package containing the product(s) being sent to us and obtain tracking information. No exemptions can be made to this policy. If your order was damaged in shipment by the courier, please save the box along with the product and contact us promptly. We do not return original shipping costs with the returned merchandise. If you purchased your item at a Vendor Event, please understand that there are no return policies. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than V.N.H. cannot be returned to us.
